Bridging Divides – El Dorado was founded in response to growing concerns among community leaders and residents about increasing social and political divides and their impact on our relationships, workplaces and overall quality of life. Inspired by successful efforts in other communities, we believe that divides can be bridged and that respectful communication and trust can be restored—even among those with differing views and political affiliations.
